We have the pleasure of offering you Russian rice, grown on ecologically safe areas of

Krasnodar Region.

Special attention should be paid to shelled* (unpolished) black and red rice – the primary Russian sorts of rice, having naturally coloured bran covering (pericarp) of kernels.

Due to the fact that in shelled rice the germ is preserved under brand covering, such rice maintains the germinating ability and can be used for dietary, vegetarian meals.

For production of shelled rice the paddy is subjected to minimum mechanical processing intended just to remove the inedible hull, but preserve the bran covering and germ.

INTENDED USE OF RICE AND PRODUCTS OF ITS PROCESSING

FOOD PRODUCTION AND PUBLIC CATERING:

  • Whole-grain rice is widely used in food production (ready-to-cook foods) and public catering facilities (restaurants, café, suchi-bars, specialized café for vegetarians).
  • Broken shelled rice is one of rice processing products, which use is not properly appreciated in food production. Thanks to its specific organoleptical properties this kind of rice can be used in flour-milling, meat-processing and confectionery industries.
  • Deep-milled rice flour is a product, produced in the process of polishing the bran covering and germ from rice grains. Actually this is the most valuable product, which requires special technologies for its processing and storage. It is used in food-concentrates, meat-processing and confectionery industries.

MEDICINE AND COSMETOLOGY:​​​​​​​

  • The rice deep milling byproduct – rice flour is used as the basic raw material for production of CO2-extract of rice flour.  Such extract is highly valuable due to its sterility, stability during storage and content of such ingredients as rice wax, complex of polysaturated and saturated fatty acids, complex of biologically active substances.
  • СО2- extract of rice flour is used in medicine as a wound-healing and burn-treatment component. In cosmetology and hygiene products: production of creams, shampoos, lipsticks, toilet soaps, toothpaste.

Usable shelf life: 10 months

Package: bag of 25 kg

Storage conditions: keep in dry, properly ventilated, cereal pests-free warehouses, at temperature of 0-18 С and relative air humidity max. 70%.
